    * Rigid Plastic Finite Element Method is adopted.
    Proven method, which can analyze the forging process with high accuracy and in short time.
    * Tool fixing elements are used.
    Finite elements (tool fixing elements) are located in the tool cavity and the workpiece deformation is expressed by the marker particles, which move on the tool fixing elements. By using this method, the problem of re-meshing, which is the biggest bottleneck of the forging FEM, and causes the interruption of analysis calculation on the way, can be avoided.
