The highly rigid frame, and bolster hold the frame gap opening, frame elongation, and slide and bed deflection and to the absolute minimum. Also the wide point spacing enables these presses to stand up well to eccentric loads.
The power shaft has a high- qualityeccentric drum with high torsional rigidity. Thrust load from eccentric motion is absorbed by the plunger guide. And this, in combination with the long 6-point gibs, ensures that accuracy is maintained for a berry longtime. Die life is also greatly extended.
 These presses are equipped with hydraulic overload protector. If the rated load is exceeded, the press stops automatically to prevent damage to the press or dies. Since the hydraulic pressure can be released easily, operations can be resumed smoothly even if jumping occurs.

A motorized slide adjustment with digital display is standard. The die height is displayed in units of 0.01mm for precise slide adjustment. Moreover, the mechanical adjustment lock prevents displacement for bottom dead point.
