The E2W press offers not only the conventional C-type two-point range but also applies to wide range including heavy-load, high-precision presswork equivalent to straight side press.
Deformation is the main cause of shortening die life. The E2W solid frame press eliminates deformation, and will reduce die maintenance costs about 50%. E2W provides stable precision even in presswork, leading to high press performance. Product inspection costs will be much saved.

The power shaft has a high quality eccentric drum with high torsional rigidity. Thrust load from eccentric motion is absorbed by the plunger guide. Besides, in combination with the long 6-point gibs, keeps accuracy for a long time. Die life is also greatly extended.
